hippocratic oath more like hypocrite oath eyyy
Haru thought he was smarter than everyone around him and wasn’t entirely wrong, delighted that he could manipulate them into liking him so much and even letting him warp their opinions. he didn’t mind being underestimated if it meant he held all the cards.
while he wasn’t as nice as he pretended, he did feel slightly upset by what people would say about Zion, even if they didn't mind. on one hand, he knew Zion didn't care as much as him about optics, at least within the squad; on the other, he believed Zion wasn't actually worse than everyone else and those talking shit couldn't handle that truth.
saw his ties to the yakuza as strictly transactional and didn’t feel the same sense of devotion as others did to the family.
